SOFA MATERIALS

In every custom sofa Bali project, the selection of premium foam and solid frames is our top priority.

Our sofas are built using proven, durable materials for both the frame and foam. You are free to select your preferred fabric textures, fabric colors, and premium synthetic leathers. For medium foam density, we utilize D22 and D30 Royal Foam, alongside ultra-soft foam options for superior comfort. You can choose between solid wood or steel frames.

Important Notes for Steel Frames:

• Steel frames are subject to limited availability.

• Prices are slightly higher compared to wood.

• Requires a Pre-Order (P.O.) lead time of approximately 1 month.

WORKING DURATIONS

Each piece is meticulously handcrafted with an estimated production time of 15 to 20 working days, after which it will be delivered and perfectly arranged in your space.

ON-SITE MEASUREMENT

Our team is ready to visit your location to ensure our custom sofa Bali fits your space with precision.

To ensure your custom sofa perfectly fits your spatial requirements, we offer professional on-site measurement services. A commitment fee applies for this visit, which will be fully deducted from your final invoice upon order confirmation.

SOFA REPAIR SERVICES

Do you want to bring your old sofa back to life? Bring it to Harmoni Sofa Factory. Our repair fees are charged for the reupholstery service and fabric only, under the following conditions:

1. No structural issues are found with the existing foam.

2. No additional foam is required. Repair costs are carefully adjusted based on the shape, size, and specific needs of your old sofa.

DELIVERY POLICY (BALI AREA)

Complimentary delivery is available within a designated distance radius determined by our specialists. Deliveries outside this area will incur a location-based delivery fee. Please note: Standard delivery covers ground-floor access only. If placement requires special access or extra manpower for manual carrying via stairs to a second floor or higher, an additional handling fee will apply.

DELIVERY SERVICE OUTSIDE BALI

Our expertise extends beyond Bali. We frequently ship custom sofas across Indonesia, including Java and Kalimantan, and even internationally to destinations like Italy. All long-distance shipments utilize robust wooden crating to ensure your furniture arrives safely and in pristine condition.
