Consultation & Material Selection: Visit our showroom to discuss your vision with our specialists. You can freely browse through our extensive catalogs of premium fabrics and synthetic leathers, and choose the High-Density Foam level that best suits your ergonomic needs.

On-Site Measurement: To ensure your custom sofa fits your space perfectly, our team provides a professional on-site measurement service for your home or villa. The commitment fee for this visit will be fully deducted from your final invoice upon purchase.

Production Phase: Once the specifications are finalized and the Down Payment (DP) is settled, our experienced local artisans will begin constructing the solid wooden frame and meticulously tailoring the upholstery. Please note that because our furniture is authentically handcrafted, a standard dimensional tolerance of ± 2-3 cm applies.

Delivery & Handling: We provide standard ground-floor delivery across Bali. Should the delivery require special access or manual carrying to a second floor or higher, an additional handling fee will be applied to ensure the safety of your product and our team.
